Honey, I Had A Stroke!

A stroke can happen to anyone at anytime. However, this occurs more in people that are older. Younger generations have a higher heath percent rate. A stroke happens when your blood pressure is either too high or not too low. There are many factors that can lead to a person getting a stroke. Such as smoking, drinking and having very high cholesterol. “A stroke, or cerebrovascular accident (CVA), occurs when blood supply to part of the brain is disrupted, causing brain cells to die. When blood flow to the brain is impaired, oxygen and glucose cannot be delivered to the brain. Blood flow can be compromised by a variety of mechanisms.” People can never predict when they might have a stroke. However, when you do get one. It can be very catastrophic. There are treatments that can help you lower your blood sugar and prevent this from happening. The reason why stroke occurs more in the older generation because, the elderly are limited when it comes to working out. Stroke can also happen to well trained athletics. Since this illness can be passed through genetics. People that survive of a bad stroke usually experience headaches and chest pains. The symptoms can be varied from numbness of the lips to irritations to sounds. You might be exposed to it through your parents. We can take care of our body by eating correctly. There are numerous medicines that can help treat and prevent you from getting a major stroke that can kill you, but there really expensive.

I don’t want a STROKE! Just from reading the articles I will never drink or smoke ever again! I never knew that athletic people can get stroke. But when you expose your body to extreme conditions it makes sense that you can cult your arteries. My friend had a stroke and lived but her sensation is different from what it was before.
